Orders are carefully inspected, packed, and dispatched within 8-12 business days of successful payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day. During sales, festive periods, or new launches, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery attempts

Our courier partners make multiple delivery attempts. If you're unavailable, coordinate with them directly for re-delivery or pickup.

Address changes

Address changes can only be made before your order is packed or dispatched. Once handed to logistics, we may no longer be able to modify the address.

Unexpected delays

Delays may occasionally occur due to weather, public holidays, courier disruptions, or high seasonal demand. We'll keep you informed wherever possible.

Returned shipments

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or refusal may require additional shipping charges for re-dispatch. Our team will contact you first.
