Order Processing
Every order is carefully inspected, packed, and prepared before it leaves our warehouse.
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
- During sales, festive periods, or new collection launches, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Charges
Prepaid Orders
We offer FREE shipping across India on all prepaid orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
A nominal Cash on Delivery fee may apply and will be shown during checkout before payment confirmation.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email and/or SMS containing your tracking details.
You can also track your shipment anytime through the Track Order page on our website.
Shipping Partners
We work with trusted national courier partners to ensure every package reaches you safely and on time.
All shipments remain insured until they are successfully delivered.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts before returning a shipment.
If you're unavailable, you may coordinate directly with the courier partner for re-delivery or pickup wherever available.
Change of Shipping Address
Shipping address changes can only be requested before your order has been packed or dispatched.
Once the shipment has been handed over to our logistics partner, we may no longer be able to modify the delivery address.
Unexpected Delivery Delays
Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Extreme weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Courier network disruptions
- High seasonal demand
- Government regulations
- Remote area accessibility

Returned Shipments
Orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the shipment may require additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.

International Shipping
At present, Raging Threads delivers only within India.
We're actively working towards expanding our shipping services to international destinations in the future.
