Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how we make it easy.

Exchanges

We accept exchange requests within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, with all tags intact and in original packaging. To request an exchange, WhatsApp us at +91 98681 56868 or email ragingthreadsin@gmail.com with your order number.

Returns & Refunds

If an exchange isn't possible (size unavailable or a defective/damaged/incorrect item), we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the item back. For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI.

Non-returnable items

Items purchased on clearance/final sale, and items that show signs of wear, wash, alteration or missing tags, are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please record an unboxing video and share photos with us within 48 hours of delivery — we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately.

Reverse pickup

We arrange reverse pickup for most pincodes. If your pincode isn't serviceable, we'll ask you to self-ship and reimburse standard courier charges.
