We accept exchanges

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, with all tags intact and in original packaging.

No returns or refunds

These are custom made-to-order pieces, made with care for you specifically. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on change of mind.

Non-eligible items

Items purchased on clearance or final sale, and items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or missing tags are not eligible for exchange.

Wrong or damaged orders

Please record an unboxing video and share photos with us within 48 hours of delivery — we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately.

Reverse pickup

We arrange reverse pickup for most pincodes. If yours isn’t serviceable, we’ll ask you to self-ship. Courier charges apply for self-ship returns.
